I brought my phone in for cam lens cleaning. Cost me $99. In the process they broke my screen. They Did not tell me they broke it. By the end of the day I noticed many things were not working. Called them to notify them and they told me that they broke the screen and replaced it with new one which probably was defective screen and to come back so they can install another one. So I did. Well now my GPS doesn’t work. I called different locations to fix it properly and they advised me to go back and they will handle it. I vent back and was told it will cost me a whapping $400 even though they broke it. I was like not happening and was told to come back few days later and talk to manager. This has now gone on for few weeks and i lost 6 hours on 2 visits. So I called before going there again, I got lucky that one of the other locations manager was there and he said to bring the phone back next day and it will get fix for free. I show up and sure enough they want my phone for few hours just to run tests on it. It’s like what???? You broke it, you know the problem and you still want me to drop off phone just to try other solutions?
I’m done with these guys and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. I did have great experience with the one in Seattle.

My 2019 HP laptop had a dead battery (but initially, I wasn’t sure what the issue was), barely after using it for a year. Left it sitting to the side up until recently, after finally getting around to dealing with it. So, I had called uBreakiFix in Federal Way about getting this fixed. Brandon sent me a link to buy the replacement battery part (from Amazon), which was MUCH cheaper than going through HP directly — $70 vs $160. He told me to bring it in and he’d change out the old battery and install the new battery. Not only did he do this for me, he did it quick! And he showed me that all was well once he showed me that it was fixed. The charge was more than reasonable and he was just super helpful and direct. He was just easy to work with. Nice guy. Definitely recommend him and the company. At least this location. I’m happy about the experience and service. Check them out. I do believe in recognizing good work when it deserves it, so this is no different! Thanks again, Brandon!

I would give this place a zero stars. Went in for a battery replacement and was told that I needed a new screen as well. Went to another shop and had them open phone in front of me and saw that they had sliced the cable to the screen. Went back in and was told they didn’t cause the damage and I’m on my own. Shady is what I would call this place. I would go to place that will work on your phone in front of you. It was lies from the time I stepped in and when I asked them to make it right.
