I called on a Thursday morning in search of a new Pixel screen. Lauren had one in stock and reserved it in my name for the following morning (good thing too, as two others came in after with the same need). With a big corporation that boasts many locations, I expected there to be a mess-up, but instead I was delighted by the expeditious and professional service and 45 minute turn-around time. The store had barely opened; I was the first one in, but two more were on my heels, and the phone was ringing off the hook. Lauren was not frazzled by the commotion and offered great care, kindness and concern for each person in her path. Promote her!

This location is closed permanently. As a national chain you can still opt to mail in broken devices to get them fixed, and for that reason Google refuses to change the status of this location to closed. Don’t waste a trip like I did. There is a reason you can’t schedule an appt online.
That said, I have used their services and they were 5 star excellent when they were open. I only gave one star to make the review stand out and hopefully prevent others from making a wasted trip.

The Asurion repair facility in Grand Junction Colorado was absolutely excellent. Lee and Lauren were very accommodating and competent. This is a 180 mile round trip for me, I figured I’d have to drop it off and have it shipped back. They had the correct replacement screen for my Z Flip 3 and all done in a little over two hours. Extraordinary service.
