Stay away from here. Absolutely horrendous business ethics and customer service when simply acquiring quote over the phone to schedule for a repair. Tech initially told me to ‘just replace the phone’ as the ‘repair could not be made’. It can be, it is an easy sim card reader replacement. Removal of screen, screws and the component can be swapped out in a 15 minute job. Had to verbally walk through step by step how it could be done and what component I needed ordered. Told me they couldn’t order the component and do the repair. I explained I could order it on amazon for $10 just didn’t have the tools to open the phone up and do it myself. They changed their mind and said IF they could do it then $100 cost. I asked what the confidence level was that they could complete it successfully? They absolutely snapped on me at this point very disrespectfully, how dare I question them when the whole time they insisted the repair wasn’t even possible until i proved otherwise! Instead of paying these idiots I called another company Tech&Co in Hagerstown where I was met with immediate reassurance of confidence in an easy repair done with an hour. This other tech knew exactly what I needed and how it was to be done without any explanation from me. Unreal the differences here, get your act together uBreak or you’ll go out of business with interactions like that.

I contacted Google regarding my volume button falling off my Pixel 7 pro and was sent to this repair center. Initially I was told my phone wasn’t broken. After telling the manager I sent by Google to have the repair done. I was told they couldn’t fix it. I told them Google assured me they could. They broke the screen taking it apart. The manager ordered a new screen and frame for my phone. I was to return the next day. The following day they couldn’t get get the diagnostics to complete after 6 or 7 attempts I was handed my phone at closing and told it was fixed. My phone will not charge now and on my third day here the store has not opened 11/2 hours late so far. At least the button doesn’t fall off now, but they’re closed for the next two days…

Unprofessional – does not show up to scheduled appointments. Does not warranty their repairs (ex: if they break another part of your phone like your speaker while repairing your screen.) I tried for 4 weeks to get my screen repaired through the insurance carrier Asurion, whom scheduled me repeatedly with this location. There will be multiple people on the back joking/laughing at what sounded like they were watching the movie Fight Club while only one person comes out to help you – this after you have been in the store for over 10 mins and make noise to be heard. Complete waste of time and energy.
