uBreakiFix Tempe is amazing! I had an unfortunate event of having my MacBook Air fall off the bed as I was sleeping. One can only imagine my reaction and thoughts when I woke up and saw my laptop on the floor. Hope and prayers couldn’t save me, I thought for sure I was doomed. Plot twist…sike, my MacBook Air’s screen was flickering & I couldn’t see anything. After searching for places, I stumbled across uBreakiFix and found the location nearest to me. The idea and concept of this business is phenomenal. I explained my problem to Greg, the owner, and he assured me the problem was fixable and would done within a 3-5 business days. I couldn’t imagine being without my laptop for that long, however he suggested that I could keep the device while the part is being is being ordered and use it externally via an HDMI connection. Surprisingly, I never even thought that to be an option. Fast Forward; I left a deposit for 50% of the total cost and kept my device while the part was being ordered and then brought it back in for repair 3 business days later. I lucked out and the shop was able to get the part sooner than expected and they completed the repair within 2 hours, after I brought it in. The experience was so painless and easy, I have referred all my friends since my fix about 3 weeks ago. The customer service is un-matched and the repair comes with a 90-day parts & labor warranty which is way better than their competitors. Needless to say, you should look no further (if you have a broken device) because they (uBreakiFix (Tempe) ) are honest, reliable, professional & knowledgable on what they are doing.

Samsung picked the worst place to be there partner for our repairs and so forth… I’ve tried 4 different locations and none of them are worth using. Of course my only hope on getting my devices fixed are through these people who just aren’t customer service friendly nor do they ever have enough techs in the building to help same day simple things (screen protector fixes) or to help us with simple questions about a setting or an app or tool within our devices. They all often don’t answer calls and when they do, can be pretty rude cause they have someone in store they helping at the same time. Ive done multiple walk ins as well and there I am standing waiting for some help, they come to the front or yell loud enough just to say someone will be right with me. 10-45 mins sometimes of just waiting. Very unprofessional every single time.

I recently was able to be assisted at UBreakIFix with great service. As a student at ASU I am always busy and I need my laptop. What happened was my entire blinds fell on top of my laptop/desk when I was simply raising them. The blinds (including the beam that mounts it to the wall) dented the top of my laptop and damaged the hardware internally. This was such a random occurrence nor did I know how to confront my apartment complex about this issue. The guys over at UBreakIFix, told me the best options and helped me get compensated by apartment complex to get it fixed which wa extremely helpful.
