I took my phone to get fixed on the 20th. It is now the 26th that I have been to this location 4 different times back-and-forth because the screen replacement was defective.

The most recent time bringing it there. I was told that a new screen was gonna be installed, However when I came to pick it up I was told he just did another attempt with the same exact screen he already installed/remove 2x!! 1 hour after using my device, the SAME exact defective appeared!

I do not appreciate my time being wasted, let alone 4 different occasions!

It is now the 26th of January and I still have a defective screen.

I had a reliable shop while I was at school and now that I’m done I needed to find another. The reviews were great and I have to agree that the efficiency, customer satisfaction, price, and overall quality was through the roof.
Axel was great about fixing my Nintendo switch card reader. I had already cleaned and came to the conclusion I was replacing it, but Axel made sure it wasn’t so thing else before that was replaced. Any service takes time but I was confident it wouldn’t take to long when I initially spoke to them.

Terrible service. Had our PlayStation for weeks. Did not even look at it for over a week, finally looked at it and confirmed what we said was wrong with it but did not know the price of repair or a timeline for repair. Finally got a pick up day for when he said it would be fixed and went to get it. -It was not put back together and he told me it is unrepairable. Had to sit and wait for him to put it back together. Will never go back.
