Per the company’s response to my original review, my wife reached out to their customer service to give them a chance to honor the warranty that they provided and unfortunately, she was just given the run-around and uBreakiFix has not honored it / refunded us. That said, again, stay away.

uBreakiFix replaced the cracked screen on my wife’s iPhone a couple months ago and despite her taking extreme care of the phone afterward, even going as far as putting a screen protector on it AND keeping it in an Otter Box case, the replacement screen cracked badly with just normal use.

Despite uBreakiFix clearly offering a 1 year limited warranty on both the replacement screen and the installation, they completely refused to honor it and forced her to purchase yet another screen for another $163.

Needless to say, I most definitely would not recommend uBreakiFix for cell phone screen replacement services. Their replacement screens are clearly of inferior quality and worst of all, they do not stand by their work or policies. Avoid at all costs!

That said, If uBreakiFix would like to reach out to me and correct this situation, I will be more than happy to update this review accordingly. However, if you’re still seeing this review as-is, they declined to do so.

My mom used a different location last year so when my 3 day old phone fell and shattered the screen we called our local store first. They had to order the new screen due to it being a new model and not having it on hand yet. They were very good with updates on delivery so I’d know when to bring my phone in to be repaired and the service was fast. So far I am very happy with their work and the staff were very friendly. Thank you so much for fixing my phone!

Excellent customer service. All the staff at this location were excellent with educating me on my phone, and then some. Don’t even try to price compare. They may be a few dollars more than most places, but their work is guaranteed and parts are original manufacturers. No knock offs and completely certified. Thanks for saving my phone, team!
