UbreakIfix in Weston, is amazing. I’ve gone to one in a different location and received awful service. I’ll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive going in based on prior experience at the other location. However, Hector completely blew me away with his amazing customer service. He greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile and asked how he could help. It’s nice when you can tell someone is enjoy their job and I could immediately tell by his interaction that he was being genuine. He was quick and efficient, giving me a short wait time. I live in the Keys and will undoubtedly come back to this specific location to see Hector again should I need any future repairs. Don’t hesitate asking for him if you go to this location, you won’t regret it.

I came to the store with a host of computer issues and was very concerned on how these issues could possibly be resolved. My technician Bikram (Raj) was outstanding. Not only was the service professional he thoroughly explained processes to me and ensured I had comprehension. Hector and Melanie were very helpful and fixed my Galaxy s22 Ultra’s screen quickly and professionally. They showed me how they used the same products that Samsung uses and they helped me pick out a great new cover. They even saved me money on some tempered glass liquid that I wanted but they informed me better without just letting me pay more and then find out it wasn’t what I wanted. Loved my experience, highly recommend.
