Absolutely garbage repair shop. I don’t leave negative reviews very often, you can see my history by clicking on my past reviews…but this place has poor policies regarding their warranty. My girlfriend had her phone repaired here 1 month ago and custom service was fine, we have used them in the past.

In the past we have never had an issue, however this time the repair was faulty and the part they gave us stopped working. The screen started to have issues again. At this point, no big deal not upset…parts arrive broken all the time and some repairs dont go as planned, I get it. It’s covered under “warranty” so we thought we were fine.

Girlfriend brought it back in and they try blaming it on a hairline crack in the inner screen that makes the warranty null and void and they tell us tough luck. Even though nothing has been dropped, nothing has been misused, and they were the only ones to touch the phone for repair purposes.

Now they expect to pay full price for the repair despite sharing with them the facts of the situation. They also hung up on us twice when trying to resolve this. I worked for AT&T for a while and understand the repair process, I wasn’t upset until the poor customer service and not honoring the warranty.

Save yourself time…go somewhere else to get your repair. Somewhere that honors their warranties and does not try to wiggle out of them with excuses.

I would put no stars if I could! I went into this place thinking my phone was going to be fixed and better than before. Although that was the farthest from the truth. The factory screen protector of my Z Fold 5 was bubbling up. We went into get a screen protector replacement on the warranty. The factory one lasted 11 months, and since they are a factory authorized repair shop I had assumed the OEM replacement would last at least the same amount of time. When we first went into You Break I Fix they said it would take about 2 to 3 hours to get it to be fixed. We went in at around the 3 hour mark and waited to get back the phone, although it took a little more than 3 hours to fix it. Within 2 days of getting the repair done I had noticed they had pride on the bezel, and had broke the screen and the bezel on a close to $2000 phone.

They do not stand behind their repair. 1 month and 1 week after screen repair, my screen is half white. I went in and was told they would take care of it. 2 hours later and they are calling saying that they found a hairline crack INSIDE the screen and they will not replace it unless i pay. The phone was not dropped since before it was initially fixed. Clearly this is a result of a faulty part or faulty installation. I’m truly disappointed that they will not take ownership and want to try and get more money from me.
