Man o Man, these guys are a life saver! In particular, Justin ! This tech knew everything there was to know about phones, tablets, screens and more. Was very thorough and helpful and his customer service is second to none. My screen was badly damaged and was blacked out, so I went in not knowing if it could even be repaired. Justin told me it could possibly take a few hours to get it fixed, but he reassured me he would take care of it. 45 min later, he called me back saying my phone was fixed and ready for pickup. I was amazed. When I picked my phone up he also provided me more helpful information that would be useful in the near future. I would recommend this cellphone repair company to anyone looking to get their phone or device fixed, quick, fast and done correctly. Justin is the man !!
My experience was very pleasant having my phone repaired. The tech repair lady was very professional and was able to get my phone repaired much faster than what I had expected. Moreover, she was even willing to stay past her office hours to make sure I was able to pick my phone up the same evening. Really solid experience
After having trouble with my phone holding a charge I was able to schedule an appointment and get a replacement battery all without leaving my home.
