Do not trust this store, they are incompetent and just want your money. Last year when my phones screen didn’t turn on, me and my dad brought my phone to these guys and told them the situation. The guy at the receptionist desk told us he would diagnose the phone for problems and be able to tell us the cost of the repair the next day. So when me and my dad go there the next day he said that the mother board was broken and the repair cost would be $500, that shocked me because that’s more than the phone which was a Samsung A53, so we just both a new phone instead of repairing it.
Fast forward to this year I get an internship for repairing laptops and after my first day they let us bring our tools. I decided to mess with my “broken A53” and all I did was take it apart and put it back together and it turned on. This meant that my phone didn’t have a broken motherboard, because if it did it wouldn’t turn on. This meant that the repair guys at ubreak I fix didn’t diagnose the problem properly or just didn’t bother to check to see what was wrong with the phone anyways. This just goes to show that the people at ubreakifix only care about your money and aren’t honest. I suggest people to look for another place to repair your phone if it is having issues because ubreakifix clearly doesn’t care about fixing your phone.

I went through my insurance and received the services to have my screen fixed. The gentleman that works there asked if I wanted a screen protector added on for $20, however, I never the screen protector that I paid for. I recently dropped my phone and my screen cracked once again because this place failed to provide my services. I returned to the store to inform them and they told me that they couldn’t find my transactions because their system mixes the card numbers up so no one will steal them. Then also told me that they could issue the refund but it’s not guarantee it’ll come back to my card. I even showed him the transaction on my phone and the time it came out and he still couldn’t do anything. It is very inconsiderate and basically I lost my money and my phone so cracked once again because it’s not protected.

Jonathan the sales clerk on duty on 8/20/24 sold me a phone but when I got home phone was not good so I returned it to the store. It took a lot of bickering back and forth for the return to be reversed.As of today my account has not been credited $180. I had to file a complaint with the head office to help me get my refund. I suspect a fraud and the refund was not done properly. This is terrible and I am highly disappointed with this attempt to defraud an elderly customer.Shame on this branch of ubreakific Bowie MD.I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully I will get my refund. I will not be doing business with the branch again. So you all watch out IT’S a zero star review for men
