This is a very good option if you are in need of phone / computer help. I’ve been there 4-5 times over the last few years with different phone issues ( trouble charging my iPhone, a screen protector installation, and some other issues and they never fail to step up. They will try to solve your problem quickly, but if the item needs more problem solving they will have options and suggestions to fix it. I went in recently with a charger issue- and ( Jay I think.) took my phone to the back and opened and cleaned out the port in 5 minutes! No charge!!! WOW! I recommend these guys. Great customer service and a fair business!!!!

They have no clue! I took an Xbox One S in to have the disc drive replaced. After 5 days and without a call, I called them and they told me the repair was complete. The Xbox worked great, until an update took place and an error stopped the update due to a hardware mismatch…the disc drive! They replaced the drive without replacing the daughter board from the old drive. In fact, the tech said he had never heard of needing to replace the board on the disc drice.. like said,they have no clue. I’ll probably have to sue to get my money back, but I am more than willing to do just that!

I’ll start with the dislike, I had an appointment for the town east store. Who in turn told me they were backed up and that I wouldn’t get my phone fixed for an additional 2-3 days. Luckily, I was able to change to this location once calling and confirming they had the part needed. From there, it took some time on the Assurion site to locate this store as a repair destination, maybe 30 mins. Got there and had remarkable customer service, and it took a little under an hour as quoted.
