On Saturday, May 18, during a 3:30 PM appointment arranged through Samsung Care+ service to repair my phone, I experienced unacceptable behavior from a technician named Patrick H.

Throughout our interaction, Patrick exhibited a clear disdain in his demeanor towards me. He repeatedly rolled his eyes and made faces as I attempted to discuss a problem with my pen, which, although functional for writing notes, fails to take photos from a distance. I recognize this issue may not fall within the scope of your services, and my complaint is not about the technical aspects of my visit.

The issue at hand is the disrespectful attitude displayed by Patrick. His behavior was overtly rude and seemed to carry a racial undertone, as I am an Asian woman. This was also noted by my boyfriend, who is American and was present during the incident. He witnessed the exchange from a distance and agreed that Patrick’s conduct was highly inappropriate.

This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning as it suggests a possible bias based on race. I trust that uBreakiFix values its customers and upholds standards of respect and professionalism.

I thought I posted this review on Google Map at that time, but it seemed I didn’t. I did write an email to Samsung repair team and ubreakifix website on that same day. I think it is still important for the public to know about it. I happened to see Patrick was rude to some other customers based on previous reviews, and I hope the company realizes this issue from these reponses.

First of all the guy working behind the counter look irritated that he had customers. Brought in my OnePlus foldable phone to see if he can figure out why my inner screen suddenly went black on me he didn’t even attempt to help telling me they don’t work on foldable phones so I said but you work on Samsung right he said yes then I tell him you do know they sell foldable phones too. Then the lady that was there before that he also couldn’t help comes back in leans on the counter he ignores me so I just said thanks for your time & left what a waste of time would not recommend.

It is so reassuring to have someone like Patrick readily available for cellphone issues. On 3 occasions, he has very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it just as quickly. Two were issues with charging-port debris needing to be cleaned out…he did it so efficiently on both occasions and talked me out of replacing the port, which is what I thought I needed. Someone both knowledgeable and honest is a treasure. He’s my first stop for cellphone problems. And then they are no longer problems!
