Super Happy and beyond amazed of the great customer service I received from the employee Artist and Mike. Highly recommend if you need assistance with phone damaged or any other technical assistance, they are your best options. Just took my phone in because it would not charge. Mike the gentleman working said let me try to clean it first before we replace the charger port. After about 5 minutes he brought the phone out and it was charging. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Will definitely be back for any repairs we may ever need. Thank you Mike
I had a great experience, the guy was knowledgeable, quick, and cool. I only dealt with one person who took my phone without any wait. I didn’t even have to go home, I just went to get a bite to eat and by the time I was done my phone was ready. My phone looked great and in the end I was satisfied.
