Lovely service here. Came in for a claim through AT&T for a broken screen on the Samsung S23; We were told a few hours and it truly was that, they took it back, we left and then got a call when they were all finished, everything was done flawlessly.The man up front who was getting the payment and handling coustmers was so kind, straight forward and had our best interest the entire time. Great conversation, amazing service.
The techs at the Taylor Michigan store are great. Not only their work, but their caring for others. Highly recommend them! From an IMEI issue, then my phone didn’t accept my glass. He had a replacement ready for me to confirm before I walked out. Shipped to my house for free in 1 day. Highly recommend!!
Darrell has been amazing helping me with my phone issues these last 2 days. He has given me more friendly helpful customer service than anyplace around today. I believe people need to supported and acknowledged when they do outstanding things. Today all you here is the bad stuff.
