My wife’s phone’s power button was broken and when the battery died, she was unable to power it back on. She took it to the W. Bloomfield location and was told by Chase it would be $99.00 including labor to have it done in three days after the part arrived or $120.00 if the part was shipped overnight. She went to Gadget Drop instead and the guy said that part’s always readily available, popped it in and had the phone working in 15 minutes for $30.00. He always said the part was detached but it had also been cut, which dropping a phone cannot cause. The ribbon was “perfectly sliced.” Neither my wife or I even knew how to get inside the phone because we don’t have a tool to do it, so we find that very interesting and will never step foot in there again.

This shop was recommended to me by a competitor because my iPhone is an older one. I arrived just after 6 (they close at 7). They confirmed they could fix it but it normally takes an hour. Jason however volunteered to get it done in 20 minutes. He noted that was unusual because he was usually not free, but he did as promised. Spectacular! Would recommend highly.
