I would highly recommend going to a different store for laptop repairs. The images I’ve provided speak for themselves and these were taken 2 months after attempting to get it repaired. In addition to this, I took in a MacBook that received a defective battery. So now, I have 2 laptops that are in a completely unusable condition, forcing me to quit my academic pursuits until I can purchase another laptop.

The employee I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional as well. They gave a lot of apologies and excuses when I questioned the state of my laptop and even proceeded to give me a sob story about how they have to deal with terrible customers all the time and explained that their Boss sucks. We questioned their customer service skills and were then kicked out the store with them threatening to call the cops as if they were the victim. I’M the one that’s losing out here!

Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with corporate who reviewed the store footage and was able to provide me fair compensation for all that occurred. I’m leaving this review here for those looking into this store. Please go to another store and save yourself the hassle.

Worthless. Went in as per my Samsung appointment through my phones warranty, and I arrive ahead of time. Have email stating I need screen repaired opened for them. Point out issue with screen that is going to be replaced anyway that has been that way since ph9ne was shipped to me but didn’t effect anything and was hardly noticeable, howeverit is a manufacturing error. They refuse to even touch my phone. Leaving me with a screen that needs to replaced by an authorized Samsung location and said location won’t do their job.

Thanks for nothing.

I give my laptop to them and it almost 1 week the parts didn’t came I call them yesterday June 14 and ask when they gonna give me my laptop they said they are waiting for the parts and it should be ready by now and when I call them today June 15 they said the parts still didn’t came it gonna come Monday or Tuesday I like their service but I’m kinda worried about my laptop.

The stuff members are really nice.
I just give rate of 3 right now I may change it to 5 when my laptop comes.
