I would like to thank Bud for all his help yesterday. Traveling from Upper Peninsula of Michigan to Minneapolis. Husband’s Samsung flip phone5 screen broken. He was booked all day but took the time to find a store near airport that had the screen and time to repair. A shout out to Zak a d the staff at the 921 W. Lake St., Minneapolis, MN for get us in and fixing my Husband’s phone so we could make our 7 am flight Tuesday morning.
The customers service rocked and staff was very friendly.
At airport now to fly out on vacation.
Very fast!!! I dropped off my broken phone and let them know how important it was to get it done so not to disrupt my business. Well before I got home,30 minutes away, they called me and said that I could come get my device. It was ready . I definitely recommend this place for all your device screen issues
Recently brought in dell laptop that wasn’t turning on, diagnosed and fixed it in a timely manner and overall cost was rather cheap compared to most repair places locally, polite and informative staff when asked questions, highly recommend
