Called the day before as instructed in the text message that they sent. Spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed that the repair would take an hour if I was to come here before a certain time. I came here hours before the time said, was the first customer to walk through the door when they opened. Was told by another person that the repair would take 4-5 hours because “it’s hard for the glass to come off”- I worked for this company for a year and it takes 45 mins to an hour to replace a back glass. I don’t live in this state and being told one thing then being told a complete lie after driving an hour to get here is so disappointing. People have children and can not be without their phone for long ESPECIALLY for a simple glass replacement. Do better Asurion.

After poor customer service by Asurion . I showed up to this store waiting and watching them push liquid screen protectors instead of moving the line along. Then doesn’t see the number he needs, sends me across the street to Verizon. Come back wait again watching him push liquid screen protectors instead of moving the line along. Or even bumping me to the head of the line since I had to wait bc of his mistake. I am canceling my insurance with them and praying I never have dealings with Asurion again.

Traveled 45 minutes to get to store. I was told that due to a tiny Crack, my device was no longer under warranty. Came back with a replacement device and they were so pleasant that they was able to transfer all data from old device to new as well as recover the email address that was on the device. The two service techs that I worked with were extremely pleasant and very helpful.
