While the 2 guys I talked to during my visit were friendly, I’m very skeptical when it comes to the handling. When starting a claim through Asurion, they ask if the rear glass is broken. It was not. I got out of work the next day and removed the phone from the case to look at it again before I made the trip for the repair. Still, no sign of it being broken. I get there, get checked in, and again it was removed from the case where myself and one of the guys looked and confirmed it wasn’t cracked. Left and came back an hour and a half later to be told by a different person they couldn’t repair it due to the back glass being broken. He brought it out to me and sure enough it was broken. Clear as day! There’s no way they could’ve been missed by us when I dropped it off. Now, instead of the free screen replacement covered under the pricey warranty, I get to pay a lot more for a whole replacement phone. I sure wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas on a 3.5 hour round trip if it was broken prior to taking it there.

Don’t take your electronics here if you care about them or if they are not easily replaced. Trusted them to fix the hdmi port on my Xbox series X and they told me 5 days. I called them after a week to be told it wasn’t turning on and the tech wasn’t available to comment on it. I called them after almost another week to be told it won’t stay powered on and it was deemed unrepairable. They also scuffed/scratched the system and peeled the sticker with the serial number (for no reason). They never called to update me about my console I had to call them and they returned it cosmetically damaged and now it won’t even turn on and it did before they had it. They were rude on the phone as well as in person offering no compensation or explanation also rudely undermining the value of the item when I mentioned it is (was) a valuable collectors edition. These amateurs should stick to fixing their friends stuff. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I scheduled an appointment online to fix a tablet that wouldn’t charge, and was helped promptly by a technician when I got to the store. They were able to confirm the issue right away and gave me a timeframe of 3-5 days for the repair to be completed, as a part needed to be ordered. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a text update in less than 24 hours notifying me that the repair was completed! Excellent customer service at pick up and drop off, we will be bringing any devices needing repair here in the future due to this experience.
