Stopped in on a Saturday with a broken camera. Was told that it would take 4 hours so they ordered parts and set an appointment for the following Tuesday. Showed up and was told they couldn’t find parts. Rescheduled for Thursday and showed up and was told again they couldn’t find parts. Finally figured out they were looking for the wrong color. Came back 5 hours later and camera was fixed. Phone had alert that it was running slow due to overheating. Drove 2 blocks away and tried making a call. Other party couldn’t hear me so went back. After 45 minutes they realized they fried my microphone repairing the camera. Was told they had to order a motherboard for the phone. Called the following Monday to make sure the part was in. Was confirmed there. Set an appointment for Wednesday showed and part was not there. 10 days have gone by and I have driven there 4 times. At this point I have spent more money in time wasted and fuel cost than the $99 it would have cost me to get a new phone replacement. Techs didn’t seem to care whatsoever the inconvenience they caused. Would rate 0 stars but it won’t let me.

I cannot recommend them enough! I had never filed a claim before or cracked a screen so i had no idea what to expect. I work until at least 6pm every night and the business closes at 7. I rushed over after work and arrived at approximately 6pm. I asked how long the repairs take and was told that they usually can get them done in 2 hours…. Of course I understood, but was pretty disappointed and didn’t know how I was going to be able to get my screen repaired. Eric, went back and spoke to his boss and they both agreed that they could hurry and get it done before close!!! I walked back into the store at 6:55 and bam, it was done! Eric was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to help me. After a very long day at work I was so incredibly grateful that he put a rush on my repair. Eric- you have exceptional customer service. Keep smiling and thanks again!

From the gentleman that checked me in, to the technician that repaired my phone, it was a great experience. My sim card got stuck in my phone and couldn’t read. They were able to get it out, and recommended a new sim card from my carrier. T-mobile said they’ve never heard of a tech being to get it out without damaging the reader, but a new sim card and my phone was good to go. I’m so grateful to them, and to top it off, it was very reasonably priced. I cannot say thank you enough to the guys working this Friday August 23. Y’all are amazing.
