Went in last week because I cracked my phones camera lens (mind you, it was just the lens) on my Google pixel 7 pro. Without missing a, the guy quoted me almost $300 for the repair and says the WHOLE BACK had to be replaced when we questioned it….umm no?? It’s just the lens, a removable piece unconnected to the back at all. So we left, bought the part on Amazon for $10 and my husband fixed it in 10 minutes.

This was my 2nd encounter with this store and I really wasn’t happy with my first but I was forced there due to warranty. I hoped it was a fluke and since this wasn’t a warrany issue I wanted to give it a shot. Yea, no…. I’m not giving them the time of day again. Trying to charge me $280 for a $10 repair…. absolute scam.

I went to the UbreakIFix store in Roseville to get my broken screen replaced under my insurance plan. They had a hard time replacing the screen due to some technical difficulties. However, the manager, Keaton, went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I left there as a satisfied customer. He walked me through phone calls with Asurion and the system in getting a brand new replacement phone for my iPhone 13 with no deductible! Keaton treated me with the skill and talent of someone who knows how to treat a customer. It was like he really appreciated my business! Great customer service seems to be a lost nowadays , but Keaton has proven that if you really care about the customers, great customer service comes easy!

Made an appointment online for a computer repair the next day (July 4), and got a text confirmation that appointment was scheduled. Forgot it was a holiday and figured I’d get a notification that appointment was cancelled/rescheduled. Instead I got a text an hour before my appointment time to confirm id be there. So I confirmed it and went to the store. Yeah, it was closed and empty. I’m not mad they’re not open on a holiday, I’m disappointed that they confirmed the appointment and didn’t somehow let me know that they’re closed. Long story short, wasted trip.
