The cleaning itself was fast and efficient, taking only a few minutes. I was impressed with how thorough they were, ensuring every bit of debris was removed. My phone now charges perfectly, just like new! I’m not for sure on the employees name but I was there around lunch time last Saturday.

I had to drive from Louisville to get my phone repaired. The young man that works there, Bailey,( not too sure if that’s how he spells it) is one of the nicest and politeness people I have ever met. He gave me the best customer service I’ve received in a long long time. They were quick and my phone is perfection. He even suggested things for me to do because I was going to just drive back home. He gave me an accurate time that it would take to fix my product. He didn’t mind answering any questions that I asked. He’s truely a great benefit to Asurion. And a breath of fresh air.

I get it takes time for parts to come in. But not getting an update for 6 weeks then taking me to call and ask for me to be told there was complications. On top of that poor customer service, and an employee that acts like he lacks the manners and respect. And upon getting my console back there was scratches and chip out of it even though it was replaced on site products and devices should be handle with more care. This business needs to work on the communication with customers, customer service, and handling customers products with more care. Do Better!!
