Under staffed. Showed up a open with an insurance claim and was told that they won’t get to it until tomorrow while advertising that they can have your device completed in 2 to 3 hours. I filed the claim so they would know to expect me. The employee was rather rude and gave false information to other customers in the building. On top of that I’m replacing a screen that you had already replaced and the phone fell on a carpeted floor and the screen cracked causing the entire bottom half of the screen to not work. not happy with my experience at all. Hire more people and plan for volume this is why there are appointments and reservations.

This place is a joke. Called them asking to get a 4g antenna for s21 5g as original was damaged removing from old screen assembly. Tech told me it’s cheaper to get a new phone . Then told me if I did get an antenna I would have to put the phone thru their 5g calibration and radiation box. & special calibration software.. blah. Blah blah Whatever.. $3.50 later plus shipping online and 2 days of shipping from injured gadgets and about 10 tiny screws and 30 minutes of my time .. phone is back to operational condition. No thanks to theses clowns and waste of 10 minutes arguing on the phone.

Edit: I spoke with them again and they agreed to give me a refund.

These people are scammers. They had me pay $65 upfront which they said would go to the cost of the repairs. They called me a few days later, told me they did a software update but it didn’t fix the problem and unfortunately they can’t get parts in for my Chromebook and I’m out the $65. They should know ahead of time what computers they can and can’t get parts for. If I knew that upfront I never would have taken my Chromebook there to begin with.
