I was at the apple store from 8am to 1pm going through all the channels and jumping through all the loops for them to upgrade me instead of just fix my screen. They then said they found water damage in it and could not repair it and I received my phone in even worse condition, and they tries to up sell me on the exact iPhone11.
Came to uBreakiFix staff was knowledgeable, professional, & through. They repaired my screen within 20 Mins! Highly recommend coming here !

iPhone wasn’t charging as the port was stuffed with dust and whatnot. I took it in and Josh graciously explained how to clean it but also took care of it for me while I waited. Gave it to me at no cost. To be clear, I expected to pay but he said it was comped. Very impressed with this place and hope others will read this post and patronize their business.
