Amazing customer service! I originally went in to get my phone screen fixed and was very relieved to know that it would be done the same day. Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I went and picked my phone up and got back home and went to use the front facing camera and realize it was very blurry. I called her and asked about it and the guy said it could be a film or something that was left on it to bring it back in they would take care of it. I let it go for a few months because I’m a procrastinator and don’t use my front camera that much. I went in today to get it taken care of and was greeted with the same friendliness. The guy said he couldn’t get the film off the camera without scratching it so he just replaced the camera entirely accidents happen and nothing is perfect but when you have good customer service and people that are more than willing to help It means everything. 100% recommend going to them.

I’ve had malware or virus or something on my phone for a year. As soon as I would open up my phone I would get an ad and continue to get random ads as I did anything. I installed virus/malware software but the scans didn’t come up with anything. I didn’t know where to take it but eventually called uBreakiFix even though I figured they mostly fixed physical problems. Cody said he would take a look if I brought it in. They took it back to him and he came out about a minute later and said it was fixed. An app I had installed was causing the issue. I don’t know how he found it, but I was so grateful after all the months of annoying ads! He didn’t even charge me. Anyway they are great and I would definitely go back for any further problems.

I went there yesterday, 5/23/24. The guy working was super knowledgeable and efficient. In the short time I was there, he helped several people and got everyone taken care of and answered all of their questions without having to look anything up. He was very helpful. His customer service skills, paired with his knowledge, kept everyone happy and the line moving. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I thought this guy needed to be given credit for his excellent efficiency.
