So this is based on 2 experiences and depending on the reason, my rating my change.

I had my phone repaired at my job. The tech was great. On time, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Quick screen repair for a cracked screen.

A week later, my bf takes his phone to the store and they tell him it will be an hour and a half. Store was empty, two gentlemen were standing there doing nothing when we arrived. When he picked up his phone, he noticed a ton of apps turned on to include the phone location, settings had been messed with and a few things were out of place.

With that said, I find it odd that they need your phone to be unlocked or require your pin/password to “test” a screen. I understand they need to ensure the screen is working properly but that can be done in front of the owner of the device. Secondly, why would it take over an hour at the store vs 20 minutes when they come to you, for the same phone repair, same model and same screen? And why would settings and other personal apps be changed?

Great people they took extremely great care of my needs when they didn’t have to. I walked in at 7:42pm and what I needed done was gonna take an hour and a half or more and they close at 8. The guy tells me you know what I got you…..I left that place at 833 with more than I was expecting. I look forward to doing business with you all again you have gained a forever customer

Best place ever to get assistance with anything wrong your phone. My phone would not turn on. I had to buy a new phone. The next day I went to this store and Anthony took his time to get my phone to turn on so I could switch everything over especially pictures I had not saved of my late parents. If you want great customer service GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED.
