Liam is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I go in I always feel welcomed even when they have a full house like today. He went the extra mile came out to my car to further research the issue. Since it wasn’t on my phones end. I was not charged. I was grateful that he found the root cause. Thank you Liam customer service is a lost art you are appreciated.
These guys did a great job even though they weren’t able to help me. AT&T screwed up my claim order so the uBreak team couldn’t assist me. In spite of that, they tried repeatedly to help me correct AT&T’s mistake for a full 2 hours. They also fixed one of the issues with my phone at no cost. I would definitely recommend their services.
My kids always went here to fix their phones so when I needed something fixed, I went ahead and came first thing in the morning. The service I received from Liam was awesome! He was fast, friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and will no longer go anywhere else for my needs. Thanks Liam!
