Scheduled an appointment with ubreakifix to get a diagnosis of the problem with my mobile phone. This store is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Blake who provided excellent front office customer service to every person that walked into the store.

My mobile phone was diagnosed by Lewis. Lewis was professional and gave a detailed explanation on the problem with my phone. Sadly, I will need a new phone, but I don’t feel too bad about the expense due to Lewis’ technical expertise.

Every experience my family and I have had at this location has bee wonderful! Jake and the rest of the team are so personable and helpful, and every repair has lasted longer than the original piece. I just got the back glass of my phone replaced, and they even ordered a piece in the original lavender color! We will absolutely remain loyal and continue to bring all of our repairs to this location!

The man at the desk was very kind and amazing! He was understanding and explained things well. Even though we came in a little late, he made it 10x’s easier for us by putting in the information, making sure they had the parts, and giving us an estimated time it would take. He was very intelligent and again, the kindest man I’ve talk to for a while! 10/10 would recommend again.
