I’d like to start off by saying previously I worked in the mobility and smartphone industry. Worked many years for AT&T as well as worked for Apple tier 3 support for both iPhones as well as MacBooks and iMacs. Hate Apple products by the way, LOL. But enough about that. Today I spoke with someone named Anthony . I believe that was his name? Said he was the store manager near the end of our call. I was so impressed with the way he handled the call today! He was honest and kind.

Also Exceptionally knowledgeable about their companies products and services as well as Samsung’s products and services. Because of his kindness understanding and most importantly, his honesty. I was able to make an informed decision today. He was truly able to meet all my needs today and give me the answers that I was looking for to make an informed decision about how I would like to proceed with my device.

He even provided me with additional information on a kind of coverage that will protect not only my device but also other devices in my home. He was able to do so without making me feel as if he was using a pressured sales tactic. All in all, I was extremely happy with the service I received today from their location. I will definitely recommend their location to my friends and family as well as my colleagues in the real estate community.

The manager Anthony was extremely helpful and kind. He was very open and kept me updated with how the repair was going and explained everything in understandable terms. While my broken phone was being difficult, it was clear that he did everything in his power to help me out. While I had to get a new phone, he was able to transfer all my data from my broken phone to the new one. His service made it a very nice and easy experience. 11/10 recommend.

Thank you so much for the great service! My son needed his tablet fixed because he cracked it and they came to the rescue. They also had a much thicker screen protector that is way better than the one on Amazon. You should always come here to get your screen protectors because it’s going to protect it from your destructive child like mine. I will definitely come back and see them again for anything that I ever need.
