My Apple watch’s screen popped out ridiculously after less than 2-year use. I did some homework on Internet and the good news is that the battery is not swelling. Most likely it’s due to the adhesive failing. I called Apple support and was told the watch is out of warranty and I need to send it in and pay for the repair. That will take weeks by estimate. Besides, they were unable to tell me how much it will cost generally. So I searched, found this uBreakiFix store and gave it a try. The problem got taken care of after about 10 min of waiting, moreover, it’s free of charge, which I could not believe when I heard from Brian in the first place. Thank you very much for your kind help! This store will be my go to place in the future when it comes to solving phone problems.

I’ve never been here before but I’ve heard about it. When I walked in I was greeted with a big smile from Garfield. He was with a customer but acknowledged me standing there and took the time to let me know he’d be right with me. I showed him my issue and the problem seemed to be my phone screen. Garfield offered me two screens for various prices, I picked the one I wanted, he took down my information and told me it would be ready in an hour. I went back to work and indeed I received a text alert an hour later saying my phone was fixed and ready for pick up. The phone looked brand new and is in perfect working condition. Thanks Garfield for the good vibes and being professional. You saved my work phone! Fast and easy service for a decent price! 10/10

The current staff is great (2024) Very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. I’ve come back a few times and continue using this location because of the staff. A few years ago I wouldn’t write the same review. I began driving a much further distance to another uBreakiFix, although this one was closer, because of the service, but now I’ve returned use this location and it’s all good. Computers, iPads, and multiple phone screens fixed at this location.
