Everything was 1st rate as far as getting the phone fixed on the same day. Very good service and professionals working in the service center.
My only complaint is that the address for me to go to for the repair was 92 Eglin Pkwy NE, but the actual address was 98. That doesn’t seem like a big difference but 92 is a big financial office building and 98 is nearby in a strip of stores. When I could clearly see that 92 was not it, I wondered if it had moved or if it was on the other end on Eglin Pkwy SW. I was able to find it using Google maps and searching by the name instead of the address. I talked to another customer while we were waiting who had the same problem.

I dropped a phone off to have the screen replaced. I haven’t gotten it back yet, but this place deserves great reviews simply because of how pleasant the employees are. I’ve dealt with a couple different uBreakiFix locations over the years and never was treated as professionally, pleasantly, and efficiently as this location.
Edit: I received my phone back today and it is perfect. I was concerned with their ability to repair folding phones (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6), but the device is good as new. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.
It took longer than I anticipated but they can’t carry every part they might possibly need. This is very thin laptop so I’m sure the work was tedious once the part arrived. Anyway, I have no complaints about the price for sure. Everything is working and I have a year warranty on the replaced keyboard. One complaint. Every time I go to this repair center, I have to wait at least 20 minutes. They need a person to do check in/check out and payments and let the techs work on devices. Otherwise, happy as a clam!
