I scheduled an appointment to have an item fixed at this store. Says online issues will be fixed in store and likely won’t take long. Drove 30 minutes to get to them. Had to fill out online what the device was and tell them everything I could about this issue. Arrived at the store to be asked what device it was and what was wrong with it. Then was asked if I had insurance on the device. Was then informed that this store didn’t actually fix the devices, but sent them off to be fixed and they wouldn’t do so without insurance and that repairs would take at least two weeks. Was told they were unable and unwilling to fix the device. Could have just said that from the start and I would have wasted my time and gas. Huge inconvenience for nothing.

I am hell on phones and have used the service more than once. I am always thrilled when I pick up my phone as the service is ALWAYS phenomenal! Ryan was the person who completed the first two fixes; however, apparently he’s not working as many days as he used to, so I didn’t get the pleasure of knowing he was taking care of it this time. The last two times, I brought my phone in on a day I knew Ryan would be working. I always go with what I know unless whatever it is, is no longer available. Luckily, I was pretty certain I wouldn’t be disappointed, and I wasn’t. Thanks again; you guys rock!

Recently I went in for a screen replacement on my phone. Unfortunately the repair was not done properly and my replacement screen was also damaged. Uncommon occurrence, issues happen, and unfortunately they were not able to fix my replacement because it was an insurance job, meaning I had to go back through my insurance provider.

Now I’m rating four stars because throughout the process the staff was incredibly helpful friendly and patient with my situation. If I ever did need a phone repair again, I would most likely go here again.
