Hopefully I will be able to update this review with a higher rating once the repair is actually completed. I dropped an ipad off yesterday (Tuesday) and was told it would be ready yesterday afternoon or this morning. (Their website says ‘one day repairs.’) When I called to check on it, I am now being told “maybe Friday.” And “First come, first serve- there are a lot in front of you.” Yes, I get that, but I was told “one day.”
EDITED REVIEW- they weren’t able to fix my ipad and they took much longer than they said (I picked the ipad up Monday after dropping it off the previous Tuesday), but they were honorable about standing by the free diagnostic and told me about a saving plan that would have made the battery cheaper if that had been the problem.
So, 4 stars. ****

Asurion sent me to uBreakiFix to have my data transfered from one phone to the other. My original phone is inoperable so they had to do what it took in order to make that happen. It took a while but Edwardo didn’t give up til he got it done. Thank you so much sir! The district manager (Mikey)happen to be there & noticed I had to come back a couple times. He offered me water & was very accommodating, and as a kind gesture, he offered to put a screen saver on my new phone. Thank you to both guys! I highly recommend this office!
