UPDATE: While I cannot change my opinion of this specific location, I feel it is important to share their corporate office handled my issue promptly and with care. I will consider using this company again – just a different location.

Whatever you do, do NOT take your items to this location. We brought a controller to them to fix. Charged me $107. They returned it not only not fixed, but they broke another piece. They took it back to repair “under warranty” only to return it to us in the same non-working condition as well as returned to us filthy. Black fingerprints and stickers all over it. Apparently, they could not even be bothered to clean the mess they made. Now they have the nerve to try and blame us for their poor workmanship claiming they have a video to prove it is fixed. I assure you it is not and the video will prove it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE.

I had a phone under samsung warranty. Brought it in and was fine, but I had a bad screen on a fold phone. They agreed and was fine. I said fix it, they agreed.

I had it fixed and next day had problems. I could not hear incoming calls, videos. I had to restart it 2 or 4 times a day.

I brought it back two weeks later and explained and they took it back for a screen.

Now a screen fault and three other things after they suppose fixed it. They messed my phone up and wanted me go through warrant. NOPE went to samsung and explained.

I was under warranty by samsung. This is for people not under warranty.

Go elsewhere, cause it will cost you.

Thank God I was under warranty. They will leave up to after they mess you electronics up.
