I’m sure I’m spelling this wrong but Mikaela and the team at the Naperville location were amazing. They were a complete 180 from the Plainfield location. They set my expectations right out of the gate. They explained the repair they were going to make, they were receptive to my comments about the little bit of good information I was able to get from the earlier location. They have me a reasonable estimate on the time it would take to repair my device. When they ran into an issue with Samsung, they contacted me right away and explained what my options were. When they could not get through to Samsung, they advised me they would still complete the repair, return my device to me that same day and deal with the administrative issue with Samsung afterwards. Mikaela and the Naperville team were the epitome of what great customer service is supposed to be. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back here for all my other tech related needs!

Update 6/1/24, As usual this location was great in terms of customer service. Anthony was super helpful and communicative, he explained what was going to happen and the expected timeline. He also let me know as soon as there was a delay on Samsung end and that he would keep us updated. He did and even though there was one checklist item to complete the ticket, they let me pick up my phone later that day. The other rep Mikayla, also explained get clearly what would happen if there was an issue. I will continue to go to this store as they know what they’re doing and know how to treat their customers!

Went here to get my phone’s cracked screen replaced. Don’t get me wrong, they get the job done, but lacking in customer service. Front desk lady sounded like she was reading off a script in her head. Didn’t make the effort to find an answer to some of my questions. Said my device would be completed in 1-2 weeks, but was ready for pickup 3 days later, that basically sums up my visit. I will be taking my business to the Montgomery branch from now on, as they have excellent customer service, are very friendly, and are very knowledgeable on what they are doing.

Blessed to have met Luis at this location. He was simple, direct, and was clear with me throughout the process of getting my phone fixed. His diagnosis was perfect, as I had a charge port issue, and because of thinking, fixed my phone without having to take it apart, etc. Whenever my phone has an issue, I’ll be sure to contact him, as I’ve already met the best in the game. Thank you Luis for the experience and for my fixed phone!
