I walked in because I received an email from Asurion that I can get my phone cleaned & sanitized. I should have made an appointment but Paul took care of it and told me not to worry. He knew exactly what he was doing. I have a second phone from my employer that it does not have a coverage plan and he took the extra step and sanitized&cleaned that also with all his equipment.
