Went in today to get my phone cleaned because I was having trouble with the charging port and my speakers have seemed very quiet. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to squeeze in my service within an hour. They also hooked me up with a new phone case and screen protector and put it on for me while they had my phone in the back. Everything is back to working like brand new and I am very happy!
Waited 20 minutes for front desk person to appear without ever seeing an employee. Two other customers waiting longer. 6 surveillance cameras cover inside so even if the door bell wasn’t working folks were visible. At least two employees were there as the buffoonery and laughter from behind the register wall was audible to all. The conversations were not work related. Will never frequent again.
My phone ports were clogged to the point that my charger would not stay in well and my headphone jack wasn’t working. They were able to get it cleaned out in a few minutes and it worked great! tried it out with android auto in my truck on the way home and the cord stayed secured and I was able to listen to my phone with out it losing connection once. I would defiantly recommend them!
