Forgive me I do not remember the technicians name but he was SUPER AWESOME! He even called me early in the morning but I missed his call. He was very knowledgeable and communicated very well and fixed my phone SO fast! I cannot thank him enough, highly highly recommend this place. Thank you again for your world class customer service and for saving my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and of course saving me $275 !
RIP OFF SCAM
Took my IPad pro in there because the charging port needed to be replaced.
Told me it would be 600 bucks without insurance because the screen would break and it would take hours to re sauter the new charge port, with insurance it’s still 100 Co pay and would take 2 weeks for the repair.

Took it to the IFix in Walmart and got it done same day in about an hour for 85 bucks.
Filed a claim through my insurance for a broken screen for my daughter’s iphone. Came in today and Brandon was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Did not take very long. I would definitely recommend not just friends and family, but anyone that needs their devices repaired to come here. Thank you Brandon!
