I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at uBreakiFix. I brought my phone in for a screen repair when they opened at 10am, clearly explaining that I couldn’t log in to work without it. They gave me an estimated repair time of 1pm, even though they advertise Samsung repairs as taking two hours or less.

I tried using the online tracking system, but it provided no updates throughout the day. I finally called the store at 3:30pm, only to be informed that there was an issue with one of the camera lenses and they would need more time to undo the repair. I didn’t care about the camera–I needed to work. They said Samsung would not let them repair it, even though it wasn’t under warranty and I was paying cash.

Despite giving them an alternate phone number to contact me, I received no calls or updates about the issue. As a result, my entire Saturday was wasted, and I was left unable to work.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of communication and failure to repair my phone caused significant disruption to my work schedule. I cannot recommend uBreakiFix based on this disappointing experience.

Christian P was absolutely incredible at the Huntersville location. My phone crashed at the beach from a little bit of water damage and I thought I lost everything. I even took it to another store while at the beach and they told me my motherboard was gone and that I needed to contact drive savers. (They never even opened my phone up to check). I called UBREAKIFIX in Huntersville and spoke with Christian, he said he can look into it and open my phone up to check as long as we could get the phone to charge. Christian was able to get my phone to charge wireless. When he opened it up he found some corrosion inside and was able to clean that off for me. Needless to say, he saved me hundreds/ if not thousands of dollars with a little bit of time and patience. He worked his magic on my phone and I’m incredibly greatful to have everything on my phone back with Christians help. THANK YOU!! Definitely recommend.

Samsung wanted me to go there because of the issue with my phone I have the 22 ultra.
My phone is only 3mouth old and it’s been in a otterbox case so the phone still looks brand new. So I picked up my phone and Noah H said they can’t get it to do what it’s been do and my phone will power off and back ON Random so I get home I am looking on the paper he give me and there make lies .
So in there Condition Notes they put
GOOD Minor amount of physical damage visible Cracked glass for instance, Regular use cosmetic wear (minor scratches, scuffs dents in more than 5 ares).

I will be posting pictures of the phone with the paper to me this business needs work there’s no need to lie to people or to other businesses like samsung..
