This place is straight trash. Brought a phone in bc my phone provider recommended them. My rear camera lens cover was cracked. Somehow while taking my phone case off (in the back bc they don’t do the repairs in front of you), the guy scratched my phone. He wouldn’t fix it, his resolution was to put a separate claim in through my insurance which I didn’t want to do bc it wasn’t my fault. Now I’m stuck paying for a new phone through insurance for a problem I didn’t even cause. Use literally anyone else please.
Update: Have to knock down the review because they lost my laptop charger and didn’t credit any money back to me. Work was performed off site.
Not cheap. Be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars for screen repairs or new battery installation.
The customer service was so great, there was this one guy who was very patient and kind. I dont know his name but his hair was curlyish? And he had a nice beard. Hope he is getting paid well! Will definetely recommend this company to anyone.
