Although it took 4 hours for my front glass on my S23 Ultra to be replaced, I am beyond satisfied with the service provided as well as the knowledge provided by the gentleman working the front desk.

To start, I drove over an hour from my home town to this location to have my phone repaired, I was the first customer there to turn my device in for repairs, and although I was most certainly not the first to be finished (about 4 hours later), they certainly made up this short coming with the quality of the repair and went beyond to also clean the rest of my device and test to ensure that all aspects of my phone performed to factory new standards.

Screen cost: 375$.
My cost: 29$ (added to phone bill)
Moral of story: Buy the phone insurance, and take it to this location if you are okay with the drive. You’ll thank yourself and be thanked by your wallet.

I took my sons ps5 here and they held it for over a week did nothing. I called 2-3 times a day for a week and even tried to email them. No response no call,text,or email. I went back in person week later to be told they have done nothing. They said they have been to busy to reach out to me. I also had signed up for there monthly subscription and when I asked to cancel it I was told I had to call a 1888 number. So I did was put on hold for 30 mins. So I ended up just canceling my card and ordering a new one. Wish I could give 0 . Took it to a place on w Washington st was fixed that day.

I have an android phone that needed repairs. It was under a secondary warranty. They helped explain how I needed to through my insurance. He gave me great advice. My phone insurance ended up replacing my phone . I had been so lost in the process.
With their guidance, I didn’t over pay. And they didn’t charge anything for helping me. I will be a repeat customer!
