I shattered my iPhone screen, and was fortunate to have Matt Anderson as the tech who handled the repair. He was prompt, polite, professional and an excellent communicator. He told me exactly when to expect him to arrive for the repair, which I really appreciated. It has, unfortunately, become rare to find high quality service people in today’s world. Matt clearly knows how to deliver high quality service and I was super impressed.

If entities promoting phone insurance coverage aren’t highlighting the option to have a Repair Specialist come to the customer’s home, I highly recommend you do! This is definitely a “value added” benefit!
