The Winston Salem location is definitely a customer friendly location. I needed my phone screen done in a time-sensitive manner and they went above and beyond. I was out way before my quoted time. Adam was so friendly and helpful. I went in for a cracked screen and they added a new battery without me even having to ask. Apperantly it was time for battery upgrade. They definitely stay on top of thing and know their stuff. Cameron saw my need and pushed to get it done fast my screen looks brand new and works like new. Thanks guys
Be kind and courteous to staff and it will be returned 10 fold! I was skeptical about the place, judging by the building. boy was i wrong! Wonderful, fast, quality parts. Coupon for repair is available on their website! The owner is fabulous and Retired Army Special Forces with a passion for travel. He understands the urgency in getting a quick, professional and reliable repair on your device. I am very glad they had my part in stock and it only took 1.5hrs to complete. i am not going anywhere else again.
Horrible experience. 0 out 10. Do not recommend. Shady business tactics, say they can fix it, yhen give u a discount on the repair if you sign uo for the asurian home.plus under the premise that if u dont make a claim and cancel it agter 45 days that u get the monthly fee back….the repair didn’t last a week and was told to.just file on the asurian plus, but pay $100deeuctible after I paid for the repair initially. Corporate should look.into this location seriously
