I am BEYOND LIVID! I went in awhile ago to ask about iPad screen protection. The rep told me about home protect through Asurion/verizon and guaranteed to us it would be covered after a month! After a month we went back and inquired about the coverage and another rep guaranteed us AGAIN it would be covered!!! As well as our TV! SWORE accidents are covered! We questioned a few times and again they all swore it’s covered!!! When we needed to file a claim we were told it absolutely is NOT covered!!! They have stolen MONTHS of money FOR NOTHING!!!! They can NOT be trusted!! Asurion is CRIMINAL!!! Probably the WORST company in existence today!!! But to be lied to at the local store??
Stay FAR AWAY! They all deserve to be behind bars

Extremely happy with the service I received here. Jacob and Nick are awesome! Brought in my switch as I thought the charging port needed a replacement. I was very happy to receive the call that it just needed a good cleaning. They could have easily said they had to replace the port and took more money for it but they truly care about their costumers. Got it back within a few hours, will go here again if I need something fixed. Thank you Jacob and Nick!

I broke my phone screen and went to uBreakiFix to have it repaired under my warranty. Even though I had issues through my phone provider, Jacob with uBreakiFix was super helpful and repaired my phone same day. Wonderful service and will definitely go back if I need other repairs on any other devices in the future.
