I am so upset! I brought my phone in for repair. Initially, I was told I needed a new screen, and it was noted that there was a small crack on the bottom of the back of my iPhone. Despite this, I was assured the back screen didn’t require replacement. When I arrived to pick up my phone, I discovered that the back of the phone was now halfway cracked with pieces of glass missing!

Morgan, was on break, so I another employee tried to tell me it was dirt! When she couldn’t wipe it away she went to get him, he came out and admitted that the glass had broken because he had to snap the front screen on!. He attempted to repair it by using Regular Tape and suggested to buy a screen on Amazon to fix it. Then charged me $163.49!

Now the back glass is completely broken. This situation has left me deeply dissatisfied and unsure about the integrity of the repair done on my phone.

Rather than assisting with my phone repair, I received my phone back in worse condition. And had to pay them $100 to tell me what I already knew and get my phone back with a broken back.
I dropped my phone off in mid May and heard from them saying they would send it to the Kennesaw workshop within a couple of days of dropping it off and then never heard from them again. I had to call 3 times to ask for updates and they were disorganized and had to find an update for me. This may be because my phone was a brick but I’d still like to know instead of waiting anxiously for a call for 2 months.
Went to thr store twice before I was able to pick up my phone.
They did give me a 10% discount once I complained but I won’t be going back.

It is a monthly insurance location for tech. If you accept the plan then you bring your technology (ALL your technology) here to fix it. The most helpful tech fix site. They share all of the reasons why they can or cannot fix it, and there’s no high pressure situation. I was able to go home and talk to my husband and read over the contract and come back before signing. We’ve not used the insurance policy yet because we have to wait 30 days, but I’m thinking my 10 year old son’s Apple Watch will need this service after camp. I sleep better knowing we’ve got an insurance plan.
