Went in today to have my son’s game look at the gentle man at the counter was very rude, not really interested in helping. Even when I asked for a diagnosis that I was willing to pay 60.00 for he still was not interested. I stead referred me to go to there shop all the way in Huntersville that is no where near me. i won’t be recommending this place to no one. i can’t complain about the work because there was no work done but the Customer Service was Horrible!! And the way prices are now no one is putting up with bad Customer Service.

Expert service! Super friendly! I walked in at 7pm as they were closing their door. I was desperate to get my phone fixed because the screen froze up on me and I couldn’t even shut the phone off. They were locking the door when I got out of my car. I knocked on the glass and they were so nice enough to open the door and help me within minutes, I was back up and running and They didn’t even charge me! This place beats any other phone repair shop I’ve ever been to before hands-down!!!! I will not go anywhere else from now on!!!!

My husband and I went in 5 minutes before closing just to see if they could help and planned to come back. Nick was very friendly and said it was no problem to clean the phone’s charging port, mic, and speakers right then. Now my husband’s phone charges better. We were in and out in about 15 minutes total. Thanks for the great service!
