I was in twice in the past week concerning an insurance claim on my damaged phone. I had an excellent experience both times!!!

Taylor did a great job explaining to claims process and ordering the part that we needed. He quickly understood what we needed and made it as simple as possible to get it taken care of.

Y’hoshua was very friendly and fun to talk to when I picked up my phone. He informed me of the AT&T Home Tech Protection – perfect balance of “salesman” with great points on the value of the program without being over the top and pushy.

I hope I don’t need anything fixed again soon but if I do, I’m not worried about it bc I’ll be coming back for help from these two!

Verizon scheduled me with ubreakifix for a certain day and time to have 3 phones repaired. Five hours later we come back for our phones and 2 weren’t even touched! The third was only cleaned, not fully repaired. They said we’d have to come back the next day. It’s supposed to be same day repair and I scheduled the appointment for a day I had off from work. The guys working were stuck at the counter with the constant traffic coming in so not able to actually work on devices. Major waste of time and we still have damaged phones. Do not recommend!

The lady pulled my laptop apart and made the issue worse in front of me because she “didn’t know”… but I came in telling her the part … her explanations were back and forth, we can order the part but send the laptop out. Then vice versa. I don’t think she knows what she is talking about! Wouldn’t trust this place At All. Pulling it apart in front of me was a NO-NO!! … ## this isn’t based on a warranty. ## No clue why they responded with some assumption about that. PLS DON’T GO HERE. It’s permanently split now, unlike before.
