I called every uBreakiFix location in the KC area, trying to get my broken phone screen replaced, which left my phone completely unusable. Another location said they could, but when I arrived they did not have the part. The Barry Rd. location was different, the only one that said they could get it done the same day. By that time late in the day, Steven said “bring it in, we’ll get you taken care of, and will stay here as long as we have to.” Despite it being very busy, he and Bryce got it fixed, staying after closing at 7 pm. Now my phone is good as new and I couldn’t be happier. Great guys to work with.

The only negative was giving them the password to my phone and leaving it with them, essentially giving them full access to everything on it. I blindly trust that nothing bad was done, but there really needs to be another way around this.

So…. There always seems to be some trepidation when dropping your electronics off for repair. I didn’t get that feeling here. Walked in around 430pm, and was immediately greeted. Chatted back and forth while getting all the info for my warranty claim in place. Had parts on hand and was quoted around 2 hours for repairs. Around an hour and a half later, I got a text saying my phone was good to go. Signed some paperwork for the warranty and I was out the door. Ruben got me taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these folks for your electronics repair.

Woke up with a “dead” phone one morning. We have insurance on the phone, but recently moved and now live 8 hours from our cell carrier for repair. We went to a Verizon to see if they would possibly fix it for a fee or what we could do. They recommended this place to us. The tech working was very kind, and right away tested the phone to see what might be wrong. It was a charging port issue. Two hours later and it was all fixed. We bought a wireless charger and the whole bill came to just over $60. So grateful for their help!
