I needed a screen repair sometime ago. The lady who helped me was very kind and helpful and while it cost me more than I liked, it got done quickly. However several days later I pulled out my camera and the wide lense was blurry. I cleaned it off and put it in my pocket and didn’t think of it. A bit later I pulled it out again and the lense was still blurry. I tried cleaning it and realized that this wasn’t debris/oil but that the camera itself was damaged. Not only that, but the selfie camera is off-center. My phone was damaged by this store.

I do have a a lot of good things to say, like the staff was nice, quick, and to the point. The store was clean and didn’t have unnecessary clutter and things to sell, but I was in for a screen replacement and I went in with 100% battery and didn’t realize until after I was in my car driving away that the battery was at 30% percent? Why does my battery drain when a screen is being replaced? I can’t make any sense of it kind of strange and nothing was explained at the end of the transaction.

I came in with a tablet and was pretty sure going in that they couldn’t fix my particular issue and Andrea said she would look at it and see what she could do and I get a text from ubreak later that day saying to pick up my tablet and I came in expecting the bad news and it was fixed! Andrea just very nice and very helpful. Even if they weren’t able to fix it I would still give the 5 star review because of the way she showed that she really just wanted to help.
