After making two appointments and physically going to the store 3 times in 4 days, I received horrible customer service and was never able to get my phone fixed.
After filing a claim with my insurance on a Saturday and making an appointment that evening I stopped by the store Saturday at 5:45pm, understandably they couldn’t fix it when they close at 7pm and told me it could be done by 11am if I left it. I pointed out that they don’t open until 12pm on Sundays. Sunday I arrived at 12:05, and the technician explained he was the only one working and it wouldn’t be able to be fixed same day (he was very sincere).
So I called Monday to make a new appointment for Tuesday, confirming over the phone that it would be fixed the same day if brought it by 1pm. When I arrived at 12:15pm on Tuesday, the same front of desk staff as Saturday first told me it wouldn’t be done same day, before even looking up my information.
When he located my appointment, my insurance claim was not on it. It was in fact on my other appointment that they deleted.
I explained I had been there three times, called, and confirmed it could be completed – his response, “If you want you can yell at my manager.” I did not appreciate being told this when I did not raise my voice, only stated the facts and asked them to right the wrong in their system.
I checked my insurance claim and it was still valid and then I spoke with the manager and he still said there was nothing they could do because the claim was not in the system.
The entire experience was extremely frustrating.

Went in to get a samsung s22 battery replacement. battery was replaced within 4 hours but then the screen stopped working i was originally quoted around a $240 replacement which they worked with me on and did do for free eventually overall the experience with the employees was easy going and nice now the reason for a bad review was each time that i went in i did still come out with an issue (first time was the screen and back cover, second time was the back cover was still peeling off, third time was the back cover and after that i did go back and they offered to replace the seal and when picked up the back of the phone is still popping off (risking water damage to the internal components) previously one of the corporate resolution employees (fantasque) gave me her contact info and i decided to instead ask them what may be able to be done and i logged each point of contact and when i picked up the phone with her, however she stopped replying i even called and left a voicemail but was not reached out to again (it has been at least a week since my email) so ive been blown off aside from that there was a female employee at the front one of the MANY times ive had to return that seemed to be condescending and rude for whatever reason, overall the visits have been very time consuming,inconvenient, and upsetting not factoring how far im having to go to the physical site
(Im response to the initial response i was given) i called the number was directed back to the same person and no answer once again
I had my phone fixed at this location about a month ago and then came back again today to get the faulty screen fixed. Text I was nervous about being charged when the previous associate had told me I wouldn’t be anxious about getting it fixed again, but had an amazing experience today. Kay took amazing care of me and made the process so easy! She was pleasant and kind to interact with. I also loved watching her help and coach the other associates behind the desk. She did a great job balancing the customers while helping the other store associates. A natural leader! Five stars for my girl Kay!
